Just like yesterday,

I picked my crayons.

Just like before,

I drew the Red Fort.

But this one will never be as stunning,

as the Red Fort I drew when I was five.

who succumbed to her horrific injuries and stirred a nation.

I hitched a ride down memory lane,

Softly bumping along the way.

Never a hurry, nor a worry,

The sweet feeling of a lazy day.
